All of our 18 apartment style units are ground floor and fully self-contained with kitchen and bathroom facilities. They are all smoke-free and have Sky TV, Air conditioners, HRV (Home Roof Ventilation), electric blankets on all beds, bed and bathroom linen, microwaves, irons and hairdryers as standard. We also offer free Wi-Fi and guest laundry facilities.
Easy access car parking is available outside all units with plenty of extra space for boats and trailers.

We offer free wifi broadband internet connection with unlimited data for reasonable use. Â Complimentary wireless internet connection is provided with a wifi booster.
Free Parking
We offer easy access car parking outside all units and extra public car parking for visitors. In addition we have plenty of extra space for tour buses, boats and trailers for free.
Guest Laundry
Coin Operated washer and dryer available for guests’ use. Laundry powder can be purchased from the front deck.
Courtesy pickup
Numerous shuttle, coach and train services operate to Kaikoura from Christchurch, Blenheim and Picton, available daily on a frequent timetable. The Coastal Pacific Train runs from Picton to Christchurch or vice versa via Blenheim, Kaikoura and Waipara. We offer a courtesy pickup from and drop off to bus and train station.
Breakfast
We may prepare cooked and continental breakfasts at a cost. Order at reception by 8:00 pm the previous night is required. We may also cook your catch of seafood at a cost. In the interest of future guests, cooking seafood or strong smelling food is not permitted in our units.
BBQ
Our BBQ area is built in the park like extra large lawns, offered for free use. During the summer months you can entertain friends or family in the delightful shaded and unwind BBQ area.
